Motion to Open
- Motion: Erika Logan, Second: Marisa Oviatt

- Adams Elementary will increase the number of students scoring composite above benchmark (blue) on Acadience from BOY to EOY by 2% higher than the previous year
- 22-23 (19% increase) 23-24 (21% increase)
- Adams Elementary will increase the number of ELL students who exit (4.5 or higher) on the 2023-2024 WIDA test by three students
Trust land fund ideas:
- Leadership Training in Summer
- Team time in the summer (2 extra days)
- ELL support aide - Next Year we will have a 1/2 time ELL teacher.
- Behavior support aide - Support for in-school suspension, wellness room, etc.
- Data Dive - food
- Conference Fees
- Sub for team time
- Realia with a knowledge-building curriculum
  - ex: study insects- $ for a trip to insect lab or butterflies
- Programs (Lexia, Relex, etc.)
- Instructional Assistants
The council discussed which of the above are most important, it was discussed that those with aids and people are most important.
Team time in the summer to incorporate the new CKLA curriculum
Feeding the teachers is a nice thing (2 times a year for Data Dives)
