Parent Teacher Conferences
During the last week of September team time would be dedicated to preparation time for Parent Teacher Conferences (PTC).
The first week of October team time would also be dedicated to preparing for Parent Teacher Conferences OR scheduling conferences during the 2:00-3:15 time.
Monday, October 10 from 2:00-3:15 would be open for teachers to meet with parents for PTC.
Tuesday, October 11 from 12:00-6:15 would be open for teachers to meet with parents for PTC. From 12:00-2:00 all specialists and aides would supervise a school wide activity to allow teachers to be available for conference appointments.
Ongoing communication will consist of:
Within ten days of receiving essential data points the information will be shared with parents
Positive messages about the child academics and behavior
Messages that are delivered in the parent’s preferred method, including opportunities for face-to-face communication when desired
Opportunities for parents to respond directly to the communication received
Community Council Feedback in Teacher Reflection on Community
Picture Day Heroes
Picture Day Heroes (volunteers), play an essential role in helping your school and students have a successful Picture Day. We suggest that you recruit a couple of Picture Day Heroes to assist on picture day. In return, they will receive a coupon toward the purchase of their child's portrait package.

October 5th- District Flu, COVID, and Adult Immunization Clinic at District Office 2:30-5:00 PM
October 10th- Community Council Meeting @ 3:00 PM in Faculty Lounge
